When and how do I get my certificate?
You will get your certificate as soon as you complete the course and pass the final quiz. You can download it, print it, or email it to your director or licensor
Can I take the training on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Our courses are available on any device of your choice. So log in from any device, including phone, tablet, or computer and finish your hours.
Do I have to finish a course in one sitting?
No. Our self-paced courses enable you to learn anywhere and at any time. Start a course, pause if needed, and resume. Most childcare providers finish their hours in short chunks in between work hours and week offs’.
Will I earn CEUs or training hours that count?
Yes. Our courses award clock hours and CE/CEU credit you can use toward licensing, renewals, and CDA certification training requirements, depending on your state. You’ll see the hours/CEUs listed clearly on each course before you enroll.
Are your courses accepted in my state?
Yes. Our childcare training is designed to meet requirements in all 50 states. Each state has its own rules, and hence we recommend checking with your director. However most providers use our courses for annual training hours.
